AI agents: digital employees for recurring work
Every business has tasks that keep coming back and take up a lot of time. We build AI agents that take over those tasks. They work with your systems and rules, and you stay in control.
We’re currently developing this service. Curious which tasks an agent could take over for you? Let’s discuss it in the intro call.
Example · customer service
An agent that answers customer emails
A customer asks where their order is. The agent looks up the order, sees it has shipped and writes the reply in your tone of voice. You read it through and send it.

What an agent can do
Tasks an agent takes off your hands
An agent isn’t a chatbot on your site, but a colleague that carries out a fixed task. A few examples.
Customer service
Reading customer emails, finding the related order and preparing a reply in your tone.
Orders and admin
Taking data from orders, forms or emails and entering it into the systems where it belongs.
Product content
Writing or updating product descriptions in your style, ready for review.
Following up enquiries
Sorting incoming enquiries, completing them and handing them to the right person.
Overviews and reports
Collecting and summarising recurring overviews, so you only have to read them.
Your own task
Do you do something the same way every day or week? Then it’s probably a job for an agent.
How an agent works
A colleague with clear agreements
Works with your systems
The agent works in the tools you already use, such as your email and your webshop.
Follows your rules
Policies, exceptions and tone of voice are recorded, so the agent applies them.
You stay in control
Where needed, you approve the work before it goes out.
Knows when to hand over
Edge cases and complaints go to a person, with all the context attached.
Start with one task
You don’t need to automate everything at once. We start with the task that takes the most time and comes back most often. Once that works well, we look at the next one together.
That way you quickly see what an agent delivers, without turning your whole way of working upside down.
How we work
How we set up an agent
01
Intro call
We discuss how you work and which tasks keep coming back.
02
Map the task
We pick one task and record how it’s done now, using real examples.
03
Set up and test
We build the agent with your rules and test it until the results are right.
04
Live, with oversight
The agent gets to work while you keep an eye on it. Then we expand where it makes sense.
FAQ
Questions we often get
Curious which tasks an AI agent could take over for you? Ask it in a 30-minute intro call with Jeffrey.
Or email info@gorilladigital.nl
How is this different from a chatbot?
A chatbot talks to visitors on your site. An agent carries out a task behind the scenes, such as answering emails or processing data.
Does the agent act without me seeing it?
Only if you want it to. By default you approve the work before it goes out. Later you decide what the agent may do on its own.
Which tasks are suitable?
Tasks that come back often and are done in a similar way each time. In the intro call we look at which tasks would help you most.
What about my customers’ data?
We set it up so the agent only uses what it needs for its task. We discuss the details with you beforehand.
Does my site need to be built by you?
No. It is easiest when we already know your systems, for example because we build or manage your site.
